During nearly 10 years of experience working with DBA Software, I’ve implemented dozens of systems and have provided troubleshooting on many more. Sometimes, if initial implementations are done without the proper guidance, system performance is limited. I can help assure that you are using your system to its ultimate ability to work for your company’s needs.
DBA Software Next Generation – On Site
Next Gen is a new product – an update of the Classic software, albeit in completely different form. On-site consulting services are available to provide assistance during the planning and implementation phases to ensure optimum use of the system.
Email Support
Email support packages can be purchased in 2, 5 or 10 hour increments for $240, $575, or $1,050, respectively. The packages are good for a limited number of months, so it’s best to purchase based on your estimate of the amount of time you'll need. A two hour package is good for 1 month; 5 hour package for 2 months; 10 hour package for 3 months.
The way the email support works is that you’ll email me a question/issue and I’ll respond to that email usually within 24 hours. Occasionally the response may take 48 hours and often it will be faster than 24 hours. The more detailed the explanation/question you send, the more helpful my answer is likely to be.
If the question requires research, the time I spend on that research will be subtracted from your support time. If that is the case, I will still respond as above to let you know what needs to happen next and to provide you with an approximate time frame for your answer.
STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES – CLASSIC
Our
detailed procedures were written step by step to ensure consistent
data entry and to prevent "guessing" when a user doesn't
recall the proper procedure for a particular transaction. Available
for the entire system, or module by module, these procedures will

Procedures are priced by module and any individual purchase includes the System Manager, Intro Section. You receive a substantial discount by purchasing the entire set.
Procedures are available electronically in Microsoft Word format so you can tailor them to your company’s processing specifics.
