COMPANY HISTORY

Custom Business Results, Inc. opened its doors in 1995 as Ideal Business Solutions, and incorporated in 1999. Since our inception, we've been providing our clients with the infrastructure and support they’ve needed to help reach their goals.

CONSULTANT BIOS

Donna M. McGovern
Instructor, Consultant, President  

With over 20 years' experience in manufacturing accounting, Donna contributes a unique blend of accounting, cost accounting and manufacturing knowledge, software management and business analysis skills to her consulting efforts.  Clients range from basic metal processing to high tech medical and electronic instruments to a "manufacturer" of cookies.

Prior to receiving her MBA from the University of Southern California, Donna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of PA. 

Sharing her expertise with business managers, giving them the ability to use their financial data in a manner that helps ensure their future success by providing the information they need to make good decisions is Donna’s motivating force.  Having experienced first-hand the devastation that a lack of information can generate, she is dedicated to improving the accuracy and integrity of the data on which CBR Inc's clients base their decisions, which in turn improves their business processes and the resulting returns.

BILLING INFORMATION

We invoice twice each month on the 15th and last day of the month.  Invoices are due upon receipt or shortly thereafter.  We charge for travel time to the extent it exceeds 30 minutes, one way.
